We currently have our main service on Friday evenings, 6:30-7:30pm. Why Friday? We say, why not! Though Sunday has long been the traditional time for church services, Mosaic offers church at a different time that may be more convenient for many people.
What to expect
Doors open at 6:00pm where you can grab a tea or coffee before we begin. Mosaic gatherings are lively and engaging, and all ages are welcome.
The meeting starts with singing some songs of praise and worship that are led by our worship team. The speaker for that week will then give a relevant, Bible-based talk. There is an opportunity to give into the work of Mosaic each week but this is mainly for people who regularly attend and guests should feel no pressure to give. The whole service lasts about an hour, and afterwards refreshments are served again, giving you plenty of time to connect with others.
During the meeting, we provide a fun and interactive programme for 4-11 year olds, as well as a crèche facility for parents to use with their children aged 0-3 years. All our kids team are DBS checked and adhere to the church’s child protection policy.
Mosaic Church is nearly two years old and has continued to grow in that time. We are very excited to announce that on 29.01.17 we will be launching a brand new church service in west Hull – Mosaic Church West!
The new service will be held in Derringham Bank Methodist Church running from 9:15-10:15am. Just as in our North venue, there will refreshments served before and afterwards, and Mosaic Kids running during the service.
(Derringham Bank Methodist Church is on the roundabout at the end of Spring Bank West/Calvert Lane/Willerby Road/Calvert Road)
This is in addition to what we are currently doing so there will now be two chances to join with us either at Mosaic North (Endike Lane) or Mosaic West (Derringham Bank).
